By accessing or using the mosbat platform at https://mosbat.onl, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with mosbat's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the mosbat platform. Access to mosbat is a privilege, not a right, and may be withdrawn by mosbat at any time at its sole discretion.

To open and use a mosbat account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.
• You have not previously been excluded from mosbat or had an account closed for misconduct.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of mosbat or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not been diagnosed with or are not currently seeking treatment for a gambling addiction.

mosbat reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction, suspension, or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mosbat account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. All activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether they were authorised by you.

You must notify mosbat's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you believe your credentials have been compromised. mosbat will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

You must not use a mosbat account that belongs to another person. Attempting to access another player's account constitutes a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure and referral to the appropriate authorities.

All account balances on mosbat are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Visa/Mastercard where available. mosbat reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts where the co-holder has not been verified, or anonymous payment sources are strictly prohibited. Any funds deposited from an unverified or prohibited source may be frozen pending investigation and may be returned to the source minus applicable processing fees.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. mosbat processes verified withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad accounts within five minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. mosbat reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds, which may extend the processing time.

mosbat does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which mosbat accepts no responsibility. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may be subject to change.

mosbat may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which are communicated at the point of offer and must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are distinct from real-money funds. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings derived from the completion of applicable wagering requirements may be transferred to the withdrawable balance.

mosbat reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, providing false information to qualify for a promotion, or using systematic staking strategies designed to exploit a promotion — constitutes a material breach of these terms. mosbat may, at its sole discretion, void bonus balances, void associated winnings, and close accounts where promotional abuse is identified.

All bets and wagers placed on mosbat are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, or other game categories. These rules are accessible within each product area of the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Bets and wagers are final once confirmed by the system. mosbat does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after confirmation, except where a manifest error has occurred. A manifest error means an obvious and palpable error in the odds, payout, or game outcome that a reasonable person would immediately recognise as incorrect.

• mosbat reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned.
• Cricket and sports betting outcomes are determined according to official results from the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.).
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the operator's discretion and may be suspended at any time during live events.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per day, and per event. Current limits are displayed within the relevant product area.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mosbat platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in any manner not approved by mosbat.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any event.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Money laundering or using the mosbat platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits already used for betting activity.
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is unlawful.

Where mosbat identifies a breach of this clause, it reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending and settled bets during the relevant period, and withhold or recover any funds derived from prohibited conduct. mosbat may also report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the mosbat platform without prior written permission from mosbat. Unauthorised use of mosbat's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mosbat's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time the claim arose. mosbat shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any consequential, indirect, or special damages of any kind.
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity failures, mobile network outages, device malfunctions, or scheduled maintenance.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Actions taken by mosbat in good faith to comply with applicable laws or to prevent fraud, money laundering, or abuse.

Nothing in this clause excludes mosbat's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may close your mosbat account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure at your request.

mosbat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms & Conditions, where it is required to do so by law or a competent authority, or where it determines that continued operation of your account poses a risk to mosbat, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

mosbat collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of mosbat's services, you should contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. Our team will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to provide a substantive response within 72 hours of receipt. Complex matters may require additional time to investigate, and mosbat will keep you informed of progress throughout the process.

Where a complaint relates to a specific bet or game outcome, you should provide the relevant bet or game reference number, the date and time of the transaction, and a clear description of your concern. mosbat's decision on complaints relating to bet settlement shall be final, subject only to manifest error.

mosbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, mosbat will provide reasonable notice via a prominent notice on the platform homepage or by email to registered account holders. Your continued use of the mosbat platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account as described in Clause 11.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the mosbat platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through mosbat's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause shall limit mosbat's ability to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, prevent fraud, or enforce its rights under these terms.

These Terms & Conditions, together with mosbat's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy and any product-specific rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and mosbat with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that, to the greatest extent possible, achieves the same economic and legal effect as the original.
